Elings Park is located in Santa Barbara a half mile from the beach and three miles from downtown.  The climate of Santa Barbara is extremely mild with over 300 days of sunshine per year. The coastal climate of Santa Barbara is always an enjoyable surprise to the first-time visitor. This is particularly true during the winter months – roughly from October through March.  This wonderful weather allows the Park to facilitate quality recreation programming, festivals, and events year round.  Park patrons also enjoy planning weddings, parties, gatherings, and picnics here at the Park.
