Welcome EPDOG Members

We are delighted to offer you the most beautiful off-leash dog park in America! All dogs must have an EPDOG membership to be inside Elings Park.

Elings Park is an independent, non-profit park operated with no government funding. We are dependent on public support through program fees (like EPDOG memberships) and tax-deductible donations.

Off Leash Dogs

We are delighted to offer you the most beautiful off-leash dog park in America!

Annual Membership

  • EPDOG Memberships and renewals are $145 per dog
  • Sales after January 1 are valid from January 1 through December 31
  • Sales begin November 1, and are valid for through December 31 (14 months)
  • Membership fees cannot be prorated
  • Limit: three dogs per person in the Park at one time
  • Dogs must be licensed through Santa Barbara County

Purchase memberships and renewals in person at the Elings Park administrative office.

What is needed? Membership Form filled out and completed.  Photo of your dog(s) or bring your dog with you to the office so a photo can be taken for the new ID badges.  Payment (check, cash, credit card, Apple Pay accepted).

Day passes are not available.

Photo

Photo of your dog(s) or bring them in so a photo can be taken for the new ID badges. Proof of current Santa Barbara City or County Pet License and Expiration Date (original or photo, in person) You MUST provide your dog(s) License & Expiration Date to purchase a membership. No exceptions.

Payment

Payment of $145 per dog.

Disclosure

Owners must disclose on their EPDOG application if their dog is currently subject to a restrictive order issued by an Animal Control Department.

Please have all these items before attempting to purchase your membership.

EPDOG membership cannot be completed without it.
