Planned Giving

Leave a Legacy

Elings Park Foundation is pleased to announce the development of its first Planned Giving Program and the creation of the Mighty Oak Society to honor  visionary supporters who include a gift for Elings Park Foundation in their estate plans.

We invite you to become a charter member of our new Mighty Oak Society by including a gift for Elings Park of any amount in your estate plans, or making an outright gift now of $25,000 or more to our board-designated endowment.

Estate plan gifts include revocable bequests in wills and trusts, beneficiary designations, and life-income gifts in Charitable Gift Annuities and Charitable Reminder Trusts. These life income gifts can offer many tax benefits to the donor .

If you are not familiar with these many ways to make a legacy gift, we have a new Planned Giving Advisor, Pat Snyder, who can answer your questions and offer guidance confidentially and free of charge.

Benefits of membership in the Might Oak Society include:  recognition on the Elings Park website and in its annual report, listing on a future, permanent plaque/wall located prominently in the Park, and a special Might Oak Society welcome gift.
