Tai Chi Flow Class Continues
Tai Chi Flow on Tuesdays at Elings Park
Described as “a moving meditation,” tai chi is also excellent for balance and range of motion, helps with agility, “and is very relaxing,” says instructor (and Elings Park Host) Audra Whitcomb.
Elings Park holds Tai Chi Flow classes on Tuesday mornings from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the Godric Grove deck.
The class open to everyone – no experience or equipment needed. “Just wear comfy clothes and shoes that won’t slip,” advises Audra.
Audra taught martial arts and fitness for over 15 years, and has practiced tai chi for about five years. She also teaches yoga, fitness kickboxing, and strength training.
No reservations are needed. Cost is $10 per person — but the first class is free.
