Need to completely cancel? Let us know as soon as possible, as refunds depend on the amount of notice you give us.
Cancellations
- Cancel more than eight (8) business days before their session starts: the entire camp fee is refunded, less a $25 administrative fee for each registration (per week and per child)
- Cancel seven (7) or fewer business days before their camp session starts: half (50%) of camp is refunded, and less $25 camp administrative fee, for each registration (per week and per child)
- Cancel after their camp has started: no refunds
